Product Update: Put Your Fundraising on Autopilot with Email Sequences

Fundraising is a game of persistence. But manually following up with dozens, or even hundreds, of investors is a soul-crushing, time-consuming task. Today, we're thrilled to launch a feature designed to solve this problem: Email Sequences.
What are Email Sequences?
Sequences allow you to create a series of automated, timed emails that are sent to your prospects. It's a "set it and forget it" system for polite, professional persistence. For example, you can build a 3-step sequence for cold outreach:
- Step 1 (Day 0): Your initial personalized outreach email.
- Step 2 (Day 4): If no reply is received after 4 days, automatically send a short, polite follow-up.
- Step 3 (Day 9): If there's still no reply after 5 more days, send a final, professional "break-up" email to close the loop.
Intelligent and Personalized
This isn't your average email marketing blast. Our sequences are smart. The moment an investor replies to any email in the sequence, they are automatically unenrolled, ensuring you never send an awkward, automated follow-up to someone who has already responded. You can also use all our standard personalization variables, like {first_name} and {company_name}, in your sequence steps to keep your messages feeling personal.
How to Use It
Getting started is easy. Head over to the new "Sequences" tab in your dashboard. You can create a new sequence from scratch using our intuitive builder, or start with one of our pre-built templates, like the "Cold Outreach Follow-up" or "Post-Meeting Nudge." Once you've created a sequence, you can enroll any investor or list in it directly from the Outreach page. Their status will then be tracked automatically in your CRM.
This feature is designed to save you hours of manual work, keep you top-of-mind with investors, and ultimately, help you close your round faster. Email Sequences are now live for all Pro and Enterprise users.
