Due to the nature of our digital services and the allocation of resources (like AI credits) upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment is made. All sales are considered final.

2. Service Credits

Credits purchased for services like AI Lead Scoring are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits will remain in your account until they are used.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical failure on our part that prevents you from using the service. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
